What We're Learning This Month!

We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving break! It's hard to believe that it's already December! The year is going by fast and we have already noticed so much learning and growth! Last month we learned the letters: R, U, and B with the themes: "Ribbons," "Up/down ," and 'Babies." We danced with ribbons, went up and down stairs, and took strolls in our baby crib! We also made a cute Turkey craft with our hands. The Peanuts are singing along to many of our songs and repeating our letters along with their sounds.

This month we will learn the letter J with "Juice" theme and then for two weeks, we'll review all the letters, numbers, colors, and shapes that we've learned since the beginning of the school year. With our Juice theme, I will bring in a juicer and we'll make some juice from an orange, a lemon, and a lime, and the Peanuts will get to taste it. We'll also have Hibernation Days on December 20 and 21 when the Peanuts get to wear pajamas to school! Winter break is Monday, Dec. 24 - Friday, January 4. Our first day back to school after winter break will be Monday, January 7. We hope everyone has a lovely, winter break! We are so thankful for the gift of teaching the Peanuts! : )

Blessings! Mrs. Robin and Miss Jordyn
